AP Exam Information

AP exams will begin the week of May 5th and extends over two weeks.  Each test is assigned a specific date and time.  Please note the exam start time, based upon the Central Time Zone.  For more information students should work with their AP teachers.

Some students may have testing conflicts, such as state athletic or music competitions. Contact the Counseling Office for questions regarding AP Exams. Please note that CollegeBoard only approves late exams for specific situations.

If you wish to cancel your AP exam, contact us at (319)-688-1043 or by coming to the Counseling Office. Prior to cancelling, we encourage you to work with your teacher as much as possible. If you choose to cancel an exam, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Those students who are already approved for accommodations (i.e., extended time) via CollegeBoard will automatically be granted those. Please check with your counselor to make sure your accommodations have been approved by the College Board. The AP Coordinator will contact you with your testing location closer to the date of the test.
